Citywide Scavenger Hunt

Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani and the Mayor’s Office of Mass Engagement (OME) announced a free citywide scavenger hunt inviting New Yorkers to get out into their neighborhoods, explore the five boroughs and discover the people, places and movements that have shaped New York City’s history of organizing. Teams will follow a series of clues leading them to locations across the city, where they will learn about New York’s rich history of civic engagement and organizing. The hunt will culminate with a final clue directing the top participating teams to a final location — and a surprise.
