DOB In Your Community — One-on-One Services

NYC Department of Buildings providing in-person one-on-one services for property owners. Services include: Stop Work Order review and processing, Certificate of Correction filing with same-day processing, fee estimation, payment options for civil penalties and DOB violations, and consultation with senior DOB staff on Building Code compliance. Owners of one to four family properties can resolve violations, outstanding applications, and permit requests. Same-day processing available for eligible concerns. Free event.
