Notice of Public Hearing and Opportunity to Comment on Proposed Amendments to Chapter 12 of Title 68 of the Rules of the City of New York Regarding the Fair Fares NYC Program

The New York City Human Resources Administration ("HRA") proposes to amend the Fair Fares program by increasing the income eligibility standard from 150 percent of the federal poverty level to 200 percent, as well as by expanding flexibility around when and under what circumstances program participants are required to re-enroll.
