The 2026 Citywide Colorectal Cancer Control Coalition (C5) Summit aims to collaborate on new tools and initiatives to increase colorectal cancer screening rates and eliminate health disparities across New York City. The summit will feature presentations on health coverage updates, emerging screening options, new HEDIS measures for follow-up colonoscopy, and overcoming barriers to care and targeted outreach to under-screened populations. Registration and breakfast from 8:00 – 8:30 AM, networking lunch from 12-1 PM.
