Trick-or-Streets at Hillel Plaza

Part of the city-wide Trick-or-Streets initiative, offering Halloween and fall celebrations in a car-free open street. Festivities include trick-or-treating, face painting, live entertainment, games, new neighborhood walking tours and more. In partnership with Flatbush Nostrand Junction BID and J Ember Design.
