Carnaval NYC brings a 70-model fashion procession to Maria Hernandez Park

Artist and fashion designer Amanda Mehl is staging Carnaval NYC, an outdoor fashion show and Carnaval-style procession with more than 70 models, live music and performers, at Maria Hernandez Park in Bushwick on Sunday, October 18.
