Mark the shift of the season with a powerful and meditative journey through 108 rounds of Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar). This special practice is designed as both a physical challenge and a ritual of renewal. Rooted in yogic tradition, the number 108 holds symbolic significance, representing wholeness, connection, and the space between effort and surrender. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and flow as a community, building heat, focus, and rhythm with each round. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace, take breaks when needed, and modify throughout. Whether you complete all 108 or simply take part in the experience, this practice is an invitation to connect more deeply with your body, your breath, and the collective energy of the room.
